DUI Patrols – Weekend of August 26-28

Here is a list of the extra DUI patrols taking place in and around the Seattle, King County, Pierce, Snohomish County for this weekend:

King County

This Saturday night, the Drive Hammered/Get Nailed Campaign comes to downtown Seattle from 8pm on August 27 through 4am Sunday, August 28, and there will be extra patrol vehicles on the roadway as a result.

Be on the lookout for extra DUI patrols on Friday night from 8pm Friday, August 26 through 3am Saturday, August 27 in the downtown area of Redmond.

In south King County, a total of 14 different law enforcement agencies will put additional patrols out on the roads throughout the entire weekend. This particular initiative runs through Labor Day.

Pierce County

The Target Zero Multi-Agency DUI Patrols will be rolling in Lakewood from 7pm Friday, August 26 through 4am Saturday, August 27; as well as along State Routes 512 and 7. The same initiative will cover eastern Pierce County from 9pm Saturday, August 27 through 4am Sunday, August 28.

Snohomish County

In the southern part of the county, various law enforcement agencies will target drunk drivers on Friday night starting at 7pm in Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Mountlake Terrace, and Mukilteo.

On Saturday night beginning at 7pm, the focus will shift to central and northern Snohomish County. Arlington, Everett, Lake Stevens, Marysville, and Tulalip will all see extra DUI patrols, and certain roads in Mill Creek and Lynnwood may also be targeted.
